Terms & Conditions KS99 – Official Platform Usage Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and KS99 ("Platform", "We", "Company") regarding the use of the website and all services offered through the ks99 platform.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing any section of the platform, or continuing to use ks99 services in any manner, you explicitly and unconditionally accept all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the ks99 platform immediately.

This Agreement shall be read together with the ks99 Privacy Policy and all supplementary guidelines published on the platform from time to time. Those documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and ks99 regarding use of this platform.

2. Member Eligibility

To be eligible to use the ks99 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the minimum legal age under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party without prior written consent from ks99.
• Not appearing on any list of persons prohibited from using online betting services under any applicable law.
• Not currently enrolled in a voluntary self-exclusion program from any recognized betting platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with ks99.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at ks99 at any given time. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitute a serious violation of these terms.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False information may result in account termination.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever any changes occur.
• The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include a valid identity card and proof of address.
• ks99 reserves the right to reject any registration application without being required to provide any reason.
• Account passwords are the exclusive responsibility of the member. KS99 is not liable for any losses resulting from a security compromise on the member's part.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

Ks99 accepts deposits via multiple local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary according to your chosen payment method and VIP membership tier.
• ks99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.
• Deposited funds must be from legitimate sources and must belong solely to the member. Deposits made using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, members are required to contact ks99 customer support with proof of transaction.
• ks99 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5. Fund Withdrawal

Ks99 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time provided all withdrawal eligibility requirements are met. For security and fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Successful and complete KYC verification is a mandatory requirement before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawal processing time ranges from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and VIP membership tier.
• Every bonus received must fulfill the specified rollover requirement before the associated funds may be withdrawn.
• ks99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Daily minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set according to the member's VIP tier and apply to all withdrawal types.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by ks99 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general terms applicable to all ks99 promotions are as follows:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirement (wagering turnover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Rollover rates range from 5x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members making their first deposit only. Only one welcome bonus is permitted per individual, household, or IP address.

• Transferring your account balance to another member or selling your ks99 account to any third party in any form whatsoever.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving disrespectfully toward ks99 customer support staff.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Ks99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time at our absolute discretion, particularly in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions or any suspected unlawful activity.

• Members may close their own account at any time by contacting ks99 customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of standard security checks.
• Account termination due to a terms violation may result in the forfeiture of all balances, including the original deposit amount, if fraud is proven.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be subject to a monthly administrative fee as specified in the ks99 inactive account policy.
• Members who wish to self-exclude voluntarily may do so through their account settings or by contacting ks99 customer support.

10. KS99 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ks99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members in connection with the use of the platform, including:

• Financial losses arising from wagering activity, as all bets are placed entirely at the member's own risk.
• Service interruptions resulting from scheduled system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by negligence in managing your own security.
• Technical decisions made in the interest of game integrity and overall platform security.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• Continued use of the ks99 platform after an amendment is published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
